Cameron and his best friend ventured outdoors last Monday to the Pawnee National Grasslands in northeastern Colorado. Three separate storms had passed during the prior week so about a foot of powder covered up the normal grassy terrain. They had a small varmint license and were armed with a shotgun and a light rifle.
